Ingredients:
• 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed

Instructions:
• Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces and season them with salt and black pepper.
• Place the salmon bites on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
